Office lighting has a direct impact on how a workspace feels throughout the day. In this project, the goal was straightforward: provide enough light for desks and circulation areas without creating an overly harsh ceiling or distracting employees with uneven brightness.
The office uses rectangular LED panel lights installed in a regular ceiling layout. Their broad luminous surface distributes light more evenly than small point-source fixtures, which makes them well suited to open workstations, meeting areas and shared office spaces.
Fixture spacing was planned around the workstation layout rather than simply filling the ceiling with as many lights as possible. This helps reduce noticeable bright and dark areas across desks while maintaining a clean, organized appearance when viewed through the office.
Visual comfort was another consideration. Employees may spend eight hours or more under the same lighting, so excessive glare and sharp brightness differences can become tiring over time. The panel lights provide a softer, more diffused output that keeps the workspace bright without making the ceiling feel aggressive.
The simple fixture format also works well with the modern office interior. It follows the ceiling lines, keeps the overall space visually tidy, and provides practical illumination for both individual workstations and common areas.
For a commercial office, reliability and maintenance matter just as much as appearance. A standardized LED panel solution makes future replacement easier and provides a consistent lighting environment across larger office areas.
